Short Professional Biography:
Les held a range of promotional positions in the Western Australian state school system before moving into tertiary education. His main research interests are in human development and in understanding our relationship with the world in which we live. This has encouraged interest in several areas including: integral philosophy; postmodernism; adult education; transformative education; studies in consciousness; morality and ethics; and the nexus of the individual and the collective.
Industry Commercial Experience and Industry Links:
Prior to moving into education, Les had a successful career as an engineer. In this capacity he has worked in private industry and for government bodies.
