Having troubles with opening Microsoft Office 2007 documents at home? If you have Office 2003 and need to be able to open documents created in Office 2007, Microsoft have provided a patch to enable this functionality. The Office 2007 Compatibility patch is available from Microsoft at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en As an alternative, Office 2007 is available for purchase from ECU at a greatly reduced price. Check with the bookshop or eLab counter for more details.

Zonta Club of Dunsborough Area Scholarship
This $2,000 Scholarship of Excellence is available to students who live in Capel or Augusta (and have for at least five years). The applicants must be proven, dedicated tertiary students. The closing date is October 21st. You must submit the following to jmsmith@westnet.com.au: Personal History including previous academi and work experience, reasons for choosing your course, future ambitions, anticipated use of scholarship funds, record of any previous scholarships won, and a copy of your academic record to date. |
